Course aim and content
The aim of this programme is to provide exceptional and targeted support to NQTs whilst also giving them with an opportunity to network with other new teachers from across the region, providing a valuable means of peer to peer support and development. Each session covers topics that are essential to effective classroom practice and provides strategies to develop teaching and learning. NQTs will be given guidance on how to adopt a reflective approach to their work and how to be effective in self-evaluation. This bespoke CPD package provides tailored sessions for both primary and secondary NQTs.
Who is it aimed at?
This programme is suitable for NQTs from both the primary and secondary phases. The programme is suitable for both full time and part time NQTs at any stage of their NQT Induction.

Full details of the programme including session dates and costs can be found on the Early Career Teachers South West website. Discounts are available for schools/MATs registering 5 or more NQTs and for all WCTSA members.
NQTSW and RQTSW are part of Early Career Teachers South West (ECTSW), a partnership of Teaching Schools from across the South West that focus and specialise in the development and support of NQTs and RQTs.
